:: REGISTRATION FOR 2010 / 2011 SWIMMING PROGRAMS ::

You may register for our Fall programs either by mail or in person at the Janet Evans Swim Complex. Registration forms are available at the swim complex and can also be downloaded from our website, www.fastswimming.net. Simply complete the registration form indicating desired swim program(s), days and times. To complete Swim School enrollment, you must indicate your 1st , 2nd & 3rd choice preferences. Include payment with your registration. Make checks payable to FAST. Do Not Send Cash! One form per student only. You may photocopy or download additional forms at Registration Forms, Questions? :: FAMILY DISCOUNT ::

 

For families with more than 1 (one) swimmer enrolled, there is a $50.00 per quarter discount for every family’s 2nd or more swimmers.

:: FAMILY Financial Commitments ::

The Annual Family Financial Commitment is $250.00 per year. This applies to FAST families with Silver, Gold, Pre-Senior, and Senior Swimmers.  The Commitment amount of $62.50 is billed each quarter.  

:: COLLEGIATE TEAM ::

Are are provided for registered FAST swimmers who have been year round FAST swimmers for a minimum of one (1) year.  FAST Collegiate swimmers have the opportunity to train with FAST during school breaks and spring/summer quarters.  Three payments of $135.00 payable 12/1, 3/1, and 6/1.

Note:  USA Swimming membership is required and is a separate fee.  

:: LATE PAYMENT POLICY ::

Quarterly Payments received after the 10TH DAY of the month will incur a $25.00 LATE PAYMENT FEE .  Families who are 30 days delinquent will not be allowed to attend swim practice sessions. Returned checks will incur a minimum$50.00 FEE.
