Can you believe we are in the 2nd week of
July? The Team is entering a very busy time and your help is
needed.
July 10th Swim Star. Help is
needed with meet admin, set up and tear down. If your swimmer
is participating, please offer to help out during the
meet.
July 14th Team Pictures. 4pm All swimmers
are to wear Dark Blue FAST Shirts. Information packets will
be handed out on During the Swim Star and Mon. during
practice. All Groups will be at Janet Evans On Wed.

July 14th. We will be setting up the
deck for the July 16-18 Swim Meet during the team
picture.
July 14th We are asking for each family to
donate soda, water or Gatorade for the July 16 meet.
Please bring your donation to the pool on the 14th.
Our needs are Diet Coke, Coke, Arrowhead Water and
Gatorade
July 16-18 FAST was asked to host the
Summer last chance JO qualifier. We have 600 swimmers
attending this meet. We still have volunteer
slots open for the weekend. Please review these positions and
sign up to help.
July 23-25 Regional Masters Long Course
Championship. This is a great meet for FAST to be
hosting. This is also a very busy weekend for FAST families
with multiple meets being attended throughout Southern
California. If you can volunteer during a session of the
weekend your help will be greatly appreciated. Please review
the sign ups and offer your help.
As always, your help is appreciated.
Many of our FAST families have reached their Volunteer
Hour commitment and continue to volunteer, this is greatly
appreciated. If you need hours these upcoming events are a
great avenues to help the team and fulfill your
commitment.
