The FAST Swim Team offers competitive and pre-competitive swimming at its satellite location, at the Esperanza High School. The competitive  and pre-competitive swimming programs are for boys and girls from 5 through 18 years old. FAST provides daily swim training and instruction at the Esperanza High School year round.

The beautiful 11 lane short course yards competition pool of Esperanza High school hosts Teaching Developmental and Age Group level programs since 1995.

  
The Esperanza High School is the starting home of several national level ranked and Olympic Trial swimmers from the FAST Swim Team.
 

Coach Annette, the Head Age Group Coach at Esperanza High School, has a 22 year coaching experience and has been with the FAST Swim Team for 16 years. Her responsibilities include over-seeing and running the FAST satellite program out of Esperanza High School. E-mail: anetswim@sbcglobal.net

"An Instructional and Fitness Swimming Program for Youth"

’Pre-Competitive Swimming’ is our popular instructional and exercise program that develops health, fitness and swimming skills for children.  Instruction consists of the fundamentals of competitive swimming, including stroke instruction, starts and turns.  Students will increase endurance and strength in an enjoyable and confidence building environment.  Classes are held twice a week for 30 minutes per class. Each child must be deep-water safe and able to swim 25 yards of unassisted freestyle with side breathing to participate.

Required Skills: Children who are comfortable in deep water, can swim 25 yards freestyle with side breathing, and backstroke are encouraged to participate.

One (1) form per student only.
