H2O Cardio - Adult Aqua Fitness Classes
Session dates: September 14 - October 7, 2010
Geared towards burning calories, increasing agility, and strengthening core muscles. This class concentrates on cardio aerobic activity in a fast paced fun environment. Participants will discover new ways to build their aerobic ability and keep their heart rate up while moving to the sound of upbeat music. This program is offered to individuals seeking a new and exciting way to innovate or start a new workout.
