:: REGISTRATION FOR 2008 SUMMER SWIMMING PROGRAMS ::

Registration begins on Monday, April 28th! You may register for our Summer programs either by mail or in person at the Janet Evans Swim Complex. Registration forms are available at the swim complex and can also be downloaded from our website, www.fastswimming.net. Simply complete the registration form indicating desired swim program(s), days and times. To complete Swim School enrollment, you must indicate your 1st , 2nd & 3rd choice preferences. Include payment with your registration. Make checks payable to FAST. Do Not Send Cash! One form per student only. You may photocopy or download additional forms at Registration Forms, Questions? Call us at 714-773-5788.

Cancellation and Policies: Our class sizes are limited. If you feel you must cancel before our classes have started, we will refund your payment less a $10.00 administration fee. No refunds for cancellations after classes have started. To maintain the integrity of our classes as to both content and size, we do not offer make-ups. There will be a minimum $30.00 fee for all returned checks, and lessons will be suspended until all fees have been collected. Classes may be cancelled or combined if the minimum student requirement is not met. Mail Completed Registration Forms with payment to: FAST SUMMER 2008, P.O.
